Well, For a first I am applying for a Developer Role on the server, which should point to me feeling confident in my potential to learn, be active and help the server grow. Because I would like to take feedback from the community and make needed changes on the server that are wanted by the community and overall help it improve. What changes do you think you could make as a staff member? I could fix things that annoy people. I could take their feedback and handle it accordingly. If something is too OP I could nerf it if needed. If something is too weak, I could buff it. If something is missing from a job that is needed or meant to be there, I could add it.
